About the Author:
Rodney Greaves is a chef and food stylist who has worked in many hotels, restaurants and cafes around Auckland. For the past twelve years Rodney has been head chef at McHugh’s in Devonport. During his career in fine dining, Rodney has been involved in numerous cooking competitions, promotional dinners and cooking classes.
Jacqui Blanchard is an Auckland-based photographer who has been indulging her passion for photographing people and food since 2004. Her intimate portraits of New Zealand artists have been exhibited at the Parnell Gallery in Auckland, and her commercial work has taken her to Hong Kong and Italy – ideal locations for a self-confessed ‘foodie’.
