A Pinch of Salt: Celebrating New Zealand Food by Paul Jobin

N/A

Second title in the Celebrity Chef series (Savvy, was the first), Paul is a celebrity guest at Savour 2008. Paul was an inspiration. He has an amazing understanding and knowledge of ethnic cuisine, a genuine passion for and dedication to his craft.

Paul has produced some memorable and unusual combinations of ingredients, which are entertaining and delightful to the palate. - Michael Meredith, 2008 Innovative Chef of the Year, Merediths

A Pinch of Salt is a testament to Pauls hard work and enduring talent as a fine chef - Paul makes sure the recipes work well in a home kitchen. - Catherine Bell, Editorial Director, Dish magazine

Where its fashionable for TV chefs to be precious, arrogant or downright rude, Paul Jobin is an exception. Not only is he one of our finest chefs, without a doubt hes one of the nicest. - April Ieremia, April in the Afternoon, Sky Living Channel

Inspired, creative, passionate - in the second in the Celebrity Chefs series, Paul Jobins superb skill and the sublime flavours of his food combine in a celebration of taste, that most evocative of the senses. Here fresh, local ingredients are seasoned with innovation, spiced with his experience at Huka Lodge, Kauri Cliffs and Paihias Pure Tastes, and finished with a subtle yet piquant twist all of his own.
